We collect: Discord user IDs, usernames, avatars, server IDs, server names, and bot configuration data. For ERLC features, we store patrol logs, unit data, and callout information.
Data is used solely to provide bot functionality, dashboard features, and premium services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored securely in MongoDB with encryption at rest. Data is isolated per guild — no cross-server access is possible.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through our Discord support server. Server data is automatically deleted when the bot is removed from a server.
We use Discord OAuth for authentication and PayPal for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies.
